By downloading or using Amblet you agree to these terms. They sit alongside Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to all apps bought through the App Store and governs your licence to use this one.
Amblet is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. The price shown in the app is the price you pay in your own currency, including any applicable tax.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Your farm is stored in your own private iCloud account. It is yours. We do not have access to it and cannot restore, transfer or recover it for you — if you delete it in the app, or delete it from iCloud, it is gone.
Handles are unique and claimed first come, first served. Please do not choose one that impersonates somebody, or one that is offensive. We may remove a handle that does either.
Amblet reads your step count to run the game. It is not a medical or fitness-tracking product, makes no health claims, and should not be relied on for anything but play. Walk sensibly and look where you are going.
Amblet is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
